From the 10th – 13th September the European Conference of Education Research 2013 was held in Istanbul. We went with a presentation about COSAMUI (a scaffolding collaboration with multiple choice questions) that we tried under experimental conditions. The results show that in the COSAMUI condition motivation and cognitive load (the strain of the short time memory) have an influence on the outcome of a short multiple choice test. The results are complex and need further investigation.
Most important for the FFHS is the result, that collaboration leads to better learning outcomes.
On the pictures below you see the Bahçeşehir University and the atmosphere on the social event, a boat tour on the Bosporus.
